Job Summary
- To reposition their operations towards expanding market share to challenge modern business dynamics, they must urgently seek to recruit a visionary, competent and business-minded, Chief Operating Officer.
- Responsible for the general efficiency of the business, maximize profit and customer satisfaction levels in line with the company’s vision.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop annual business strategies, review budgets and ensure execution and monitoring of all initiatives across all departments.
- Maintain control of all the segments of the business (Sales, Finance, Administration)
- Analyze business performance through collation and analysis of operational data
- Set clear business goals for performance and growth
- Coach and mentor employees to meet and exceed organizational and sales goals
- Report business performance results to the CEO and other Board Members
- Measure effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and find ways to improve processes.
- Represent the firm at meetings with external stakeholders clients, investors, and business
partners
- Negotiate and close agreements with high-end customers.
Qualifications
- B.sc / Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Any professional qualification in management or finance will be an advantage
- At least eight yearsexperience in a senior management supervisory role in a reputable company

- Ensure at least one monthly in-house training in departments with report sent to the CEO monthly
