Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and quality completion of projects


• Supervise and coordinate finishing works (civil, electrical, mechanical)


• Conduct site inspections and report on progress


• Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors


• Maintain high standards of safety and quality control

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field


• Professional certification (COREN, NSE, etc.)


• Minimum 5 years experience in completion engineering


• Proven track record of delivering exceptional results


• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
