Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic plan to secure new B2B business opportunities.
Research and identify potential clients in relevant industries.
Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Present company products and services to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product development) to ensure smooth onboarding and successful project delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
Meet and exceed business development targets, contributing to the overall revenue and growth of the company.
Attend industry events, networking meetings, and conferences to represent the company and identify new business prospects.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on progress, targets, and client feedback.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
