Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment, on boarding, and off boarding processes.
Administer employee benefits and handle employee inquiries.
Support performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Oversee Training & Development
Assist in HR reporting and record-keeping.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
