Position Overview:



  • We are looking for an HR Generalist with 4-5 years of experience to manage and implement HR functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee recruitment, on boarding, and off boarding processes.

  • Administer employee benefits and handle employee inquiries.

  • Support performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Oversee Training & Development

  • Assist in HR reporting and record-keeping.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 4-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
