The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our clients, manage inquiries, emails, and oversee logistics from the warehouse to events.
Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries via our social media channels, email
Manage email correspondence and maintain accurate records
Coordinate logistics for events, ensuring timely delivery and setup
Monitor warehouse inventory and track event equipment movement
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event execution
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
1-2 years of customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Basic computer skills
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
