The Process Engineer/CCR Operator will be responsible for monitoring and controlling various sections of the production line from the Central Control Room (CCR).This role requires precision and adherence to standards in theproduction process.
The Process Engineer/CCR Operator will provide relevant information and direction to patrollers and operators in the production line based on monitored operations, ensuring employee safety and compliance with prescribed standards and environmental regulations.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Monitor and control all sections of the plant process lines from the CCR.
Provide constant feedback and guidance to shift coordinators, engineers, patrollers, and operators.
Diagnose and troubleshoot potential operating problems.
Review plant automation systems and make recommendations for improvement.
Prepare detailed reports on work undertaken.
Supervisestaff to ensure smooth operation and cleanliness of conveyor belts.
Achieve production targets during respective shifts.
Requirements
BSc in Chemical Processing Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum of 5-10 years of working experience in a similar role as a CCR Operator.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of the iron ore production process.
Good knowledge of product quality parameters and quality control.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Strong supervisory skills and attention to detail.
