Job Description
Our client is looking for skilled and passionate cooks to join their team in a restolounge. As a cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious and visually appealing dishes according to menu specifications. You should be knowledgeable about various cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Ensure food preparation and cooking areas are clean and hygienic.
- Monitor food stock levels and replenish supplies as needed.
- Assist with the development of new menu items.
- Collaborate with kitchen team members on food presentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a similar role.
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.).
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
