• Salary Range ₦100,000 - ₦150,000
  

We are presently in search of a Food and Beverage Manager. Someone who will be responsible for the operations of the cafeteria, ensuring that all food and drinks are of the highest quality.

Resposibilities:

• He/She should be able to design unique menus, handle customer complaints, and comply with food and safety regulations.


• He/She should be able to prepare reports on how the cafeteria is performing.


• He/She should be able to order food supplies for the kitchen, and create cafeteria policies.

Requirements:

• A minimum of Four years of experience in the restaurant industry as well as a culinary school degree is a must.

She should possess the following:  

• Organizational skills,


• Ability to forecast how much food is needed per time,


• Ability to delegate tasks, great leadership abilities,


• Deep knowledge of the food industry,


• As well as ability to communicate with other staff.

Expected Salary range is between N120,000- N150,000. We are not particular about the age, we just need someone that can perform well on the Job.
