Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers, and listening to patrons to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders from waiters/waitress


• Planning drink menus and informing waiters and patrons customers about new beverages and specials.


• Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar are well-stocked.


• Handling stock balancing and the stock register.


• Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.


• Comply with all beverage and safety regulation

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an ND/HND or relevant experience in similar role


• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.


• Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance.


• Basic math and computer skills.


• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.


• Strong task and time management abilities.


• Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc for extended periods
