Key Responsibilities



  • Welcome and attend to visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly.

  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and calendars.

  • Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

  • Maintain accurate records of office supplies and orders.


Requirements



  • Minimum of an OND / HND or University degree.

  • 1 - 5 years experience in a front desk or customer service role is an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

  • A positive and professional attitude.
