Responsibilities



  • Attend to customers online via various platforms.

  • Answer phone calls.

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

  • Acknowledging and resolving customers' complaints.

  • Processing orders, forms and requests.

  • Keeping records of customers interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Handling order fulfillment by ensuring orders are delivered on time.

  • Handling third party logistics.


Working Hours:



  • Mondays to Saturdays: 8:00am to 8:00pm

  • Sundays: 12:00pm to 06:00pm.

  • 6 Off days in a month.
