 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of utility systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

  • Collaborate with production teams to schedule and coordinate maintenance activities.

  • Investigate and resolve utility system-related issues promptly.

  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.

  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments and maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

  • Provide technical guidance and training to personnel, participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Oversee the procurement, usage, and maintenance of all utility services including electricity, water, gas, and waste management


JOB REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in utility management, maintenance, or operations in a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience in the Oral Care industry will be an added advantage

  • Experience with WTP, Boiler, Chiller, Compressor, DG, GG, HVAC

  • Strong knowledge of utility systems (water, air, steam, electrical).

  • Understanding of safety protocols and regulations.

  • Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving and analytical thinking.
