Job Details

• Lead and coordinate the work of a team of engineers.


• Lead the design and architecture of software systems and applications.


• Participates as a major stakeholder in project planning, estimation, and risk management.


• Work closely with the Product Managers and Owners to ensure the team functions optimally.


• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews.


• Ensure documentation is thorough, clear, and accessible to the team.


• Lead the response to critical incidents and production issues.


• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.


• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.


• Experiment with new technologies and approaches to drive innovation.


• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and business leaders.


• Gathering feedback and making improvements based on user experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years proven work experience as a developer and 2+ leading a product team or similar role


• Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.


• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.


• Understanding of accessibility and security compliance


• Ability to convey technical ideas in a clear, logical fashion.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously


• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.


• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
