Our company is looking for a National Sales Manager, whose primary responsibility is to oversee and lead the sales strategy and operations at a national level within the institutional segment.
This role also involves developing and implementing sales plans, setting targets, and managing a team of sales professionals.
The National Manager will collaborate with key stakeholders in government institutions, corporations and dealers to build and maintain partnerships for business growth, specifically, the sales of 3-wheeler commercial vehicles.
Responsibilities
Monitoring market trends, analyzing competitors, and ensuring effective communication between the sales team and other departments
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the three-wheeler industry
Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities in assigned territory
Preparing activation budgets, projections and expenditures
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our three-wheeler vehicles
Ensure planning and execution of BTL activities / demonstrations
Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Ensuring adherence to the achievement of monthly sales target
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients / prospects
Training and handholding the sales team
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management
Monitor the sales reach, plan and take corrective measures for growth
Adherence to network development and expansion plans
Skills Requirements
Market understanding of three-wheeler/small commercial vehicles
Situation analysis and corrective action implementation
