Job Summary

As our Salon Manager, you will oversee all aspects of salon operations, ensure exceptional client experiences, and lead a team of skilled beauty professionals. This role is crucial in maintaining a thriving salon environment, driving business growth, and upholding the highest standards of beauty services.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.


• Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff, fostering a positive team culture and high performance standards and develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.


• Monitor and analyze salon performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.


• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the salon has access to high-quality products and equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Beauty Management, or a related field. Professional certifications in cosmetology or salon management are a plus.


• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in salon management or a similar role within the beauty industry.


• Strong financial acumen and business management skills.

Salary

• ₦150,000 - ₦200,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
