Responsibilities



  • Answering Calls: Responding to Incoming customer Calls and addressing their needs and concerns.

  • Providing Information: Offering Details about our services, prices and company policies.

  • Issue Resolution: Identifying customer problems and providing effective solutions through the necessary means.

  • Data Entry and Customer Assistance: Accurately documenting customer data and guiding clientsthrough processes and procedures.

  • Follow-up: Post Interactive calls to ensure completion and satisfaction of service.

  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of customer service process.


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience.

  • Fluency in speaking and writing in English

  • Effective problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must be organized and able to follow a schedule.

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Proactive approach to support.

  • Efficient with the use of CRM Software.
