Responsibilities

What you will Do:



  • Assists the Category Manager with implementation of brand campaigns by working cross-functionally and utilizing project management skills to ensure all brand initiatives are delivered with the expected quality, on time and on budget.

  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs.

  • Lead assigned brand project initiatives across all elements of the marketing mix.

  • Works with the Category Manager to develop visibility tools in collaboration with Trade Marketing team and measure their effectiveness.

  • Support the development of brand innovations in assigned category: drive the product development process in collaboration with cross functions, respecting set timelines.

  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets insights and competitors’ activities, with the support of internal or external data and field visits.

  • Analyze data and reports on monthly, quarterly and annual basis for category performance and goal measurement

  • Translate market and competition insights into brand plans and go-to-market strategies, recommending brand initiatives.

  • Manage the invoice/PO process.


Requirements



  • 1-2 years of experience in brand management at a consumer goods company.

  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and respect timelines.

  • Good self-organization and autonomy within the set perimeter of responsibility.

  • Compelling communications with the ability to clearly and succinctly convey information and ideas, in both writing and oral.

  • Critical thinking with the ability to analyze data, with the right rigor,  identify trends and recognize the broader implications of issues.

  • Intellectual curiosity with the drive to always learn more and provide added value.

  • Strong leadership with the ability to effectively influence others to advance shared goals.

  • Experience in media planning, advertising, creative and concept development is a plus.
