Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, email, or in person

  • Configure and maintain computer systems, laptops, and mobile devices

  • Install and update software and hardware

  • Monitor  system performance and report issues to Management

  • Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical issues

  • Document technical issues and resolutions 

  • Bold, lively, inspiring, and exiting when speaking to individuals and audience


Requirements:



  • Educational qualifications - BSC in Information Technology with 2 years and above of IT experience

  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification

  • Proficiency in Windows, MacOS, and Mobile operating systems

  • Experience with IT service management software

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices

  • Certification in cyber security and networking

  • Successful candidate MUST be available to resume immediately


REMUNERATION - N200,000 (Gross)
