Job Summary



  • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Managing Director, to lead our innovative and IT driven real estate company, which specializes in selling and managing properties through our cutting-edge web and mobile applications.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate laws, real estate market, real estate management, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring operational excellence.

  • As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for leading the business and operation teams, setting strategic goals, managing the day-to-day operations, and overseeing the company's overall performance.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic plan to achieve business growth and profitability.

  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and innovation to deliver cutting-edge digital real estate solutions.

  • Lead and inspire a team of professionals to achieve their full potential and ensure high performance across all departments.

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders including investors, property developers, clients, and regulatory authorities.

  • Oversee the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to the Board.

  • Ensure that all operations align with the company’s vision, mission, and goals.

  • Monitor market trends and stay ahead of industry developments to capitalize on new business opportunities.

  • Manage risk, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in real estate transactions and operations.

  • Drive the development and implementation of innovative real estate strategies and projects.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance its reputation and business prospects.


Qualifications and Experience



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in real estate, with at least 5 years in an executive or senior leadership role.

  • Strong financial acumen and experience in managing large-scale budgets and business growth strategies.

  • In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and property management.

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive results under pressure.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams to embrace innovation and meet ambitious targets.
