Job Summary

• The Dreamcity Groupis currently seeking a talented and experienced Digital Media Generalist with a combined skill of videography, photography, Video Editing and Content Creation to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in Photography: Ability to capture compelling visuals that tell a story and engage the audience.


• Videographer Skills: Experience in shooting high-quality videos, framing shots effectively, and capturing dynamic content.


• Video/Photo Editing Expertise: Proficient in editing videos and photos to create polished and professional media assets.


• Content Creation: Strong ability to generate original and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.


• Create visually appealing graphic designs for marketing materials, social media posts, and promotional content.


• Edit videos to produce high-quality visual content for various platforms and campaigns.


• Develop engaging and informative written content for websites, social media channels, and other evangelistic materials.


• Collaborate with the marketing, salesand other teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with the company's branding and messaging.


• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, video editing, and content creation.


• Ensure all visual and written content meets the company's standards for quality, accuracy, and consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.


• A minimum of 2 years experience


• Proven experience as a videographer, photographer, Video Editor, or Content Creatorpreferably in the real estate and building construction industry.


• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.


• Strong creative and conceptual skills with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines.
