We are seeking a highly organized and sales-driven sales coordinator to facilitate the sales process of our farm products. The ideal candidate will collate and coordinate all customers' orders across the country through the sales team, maintain customer relationships, and support business growth.
Job Responsibilities
Collation of sales orders from customers
Planning sales deliveries to customers
Negotiating all contracts with potential and prospective clients
Preparing weekly and monthly report
Obtaining deposit and balance of payment for clients
Answering client's questions about credit terms, product prices, and availability
Expanding the business by bringing more customers
Prepare and recommend sales budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget to ensure business alignment.
Forecasting sales volume
Qualification and Skills
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND or OND in relevant fields
6-8 years working experience
Experience working in a Manufacturing Company
Preferably candidate with a Feed Mill Industry background
Conversant with the use of ERP software.
Proficient in both verbal and written communication
