Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR officer with at least 5 years.of relevant experience in Human Resources Management.


• The ideal candidate will manage key HR functions, including payroll, attendance, leave administration, and filing. while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately process payroll every month, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements


• Oversee employee attendance using the Biometric machine and generate attendance reports.


• Workplace employee pension


• Ensure accurate record-keeping and disciplinary actions.


• Maintain confidentiality of HR documents and handle them by data protection


• Manage and track employee leave requests, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policy


• Ensure proper filing of employee records including, contracts, performance review regulations


• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation process as needed


• Support the HR manager in day-to-day HR operations and projects.


• Handle employee deductions, taxes, and other payroll-related tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor´s Degree in Human Resources. Business Administration or a related field


• Minimum of 5 years experience in HR roles with a strong focus on payroll, attendance monitoring, and leave administration.


• Proficiency in the use of HR software and biometrics machines for attendance management


• Strong Organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail as well as leadership qualities.


• Conflict management and resolution


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
