Achieving sales target, quarter on quarter-revenue, and gross margin target
Built and maintained strong relationships with key business clients by regular communication with clients, resolving client queries, and quickly delivering the right product/Solution, as requested
Create business opportunities in key business clients for all product lines or business units by positioning the company’s portfolio
Engage business clients' workshops, demos, POV, POC, and respective technology team members
Engage with ISR and ensure timely and commercially correct quote submission to Customers
Liaise with ISR as well as other departments (Supply chain, accounts, or HRs-if need be) and ensure the time submission of RFPs
Liaise with ISR and if need be ensure timely delivery of orders to customers
Responsible to escalate to supervisor/senior management timely on any issue of pricing, delivery or any whatsoever
Be available to customers to reach out and respond ASAP
Ensure to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries promptly, and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience
Keeping good, professional relationships with the company’s clients and maintaining customer loyalty
Assist ISR to achieve their KPI quarter on quarter by monitoring them
Understand each team member's organizational and personal objectives and align the synergies
Teach, motivate, delegate, and direct the team to optimize workplace activities and promote professional growth
Experience level: Must have experience in sales of computer in Fintech and customer industry
