Job Summary:
- The Content Creator & Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating high-quality photo and video content, managing our social media platforms, developing website content, and crafting email marketing campaigns.
- The ideal candidate is a talented storyteller who can translate our brand's voice into engaging and impactful content.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop, shoot, and edit original photo and video content that aligns with our brand’s tone and messaging.
- Create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for use on social media, website, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop content ideas.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and oversee all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts regularly to maintain a consistent brand presence.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and interact with our online community.
Website Content:
- Write and update engaging website copy that reflects our brand’s voice.
- Work with the team to ensure that website content is up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for SEO.
Email Marketing:
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including drafting email copy, designing layouts, and segmenting mailing lists.
- Analyze email marketing performance and provide insights for improvements.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of content across all platforms, providing monthly reports on engagement metrics and suggesting improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with management and design team to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness and reach.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content creation (photography, videography, graphic design, writing) and social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency with photo/video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Candidate must also be willing to appear on camera when necessary, such as shooting explanatory videos
