Job Summary

As our Chief Dealer Treasury, you will be responsible for overseeing the bank’s trading activities in the money markets, foreign exchange, and other investment areas to optimize profitability and manage financial risks. This role will involve managing the trading desk, supervising the team of dealers, and ensuring adherence to market regulations, internal risk limits, and overall treasury policies.

Responsibilities

•  Oversee all trading activities in money markets, foreign exchange, fixed income, and other financial instruments in line with the bank’s risk appetite and objectives.


• Monitor market conditions, economic data, and geopolitical events that may impact trading strategies and financial risk.


• Manage and mentor a team of dealers, providing guidance on trading strategies, market insights, and professional development.


• Act as a liaison with external regulators, auditors, and stakeholders, ensuring that all dealings and treasury operations are transparent and compliant with regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification is preferred.


• Minimum of 7 years of experience in treasury dealing within a bank or financial institution.


• Extensive knowledge of banking regulations, including but not limited to AML, KYC, FATCA, and consumer protection laws.
