RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Database administration of VLE and SMS software


2. Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Active Directory Management


3. Ensure system security by installing system patches and antivirus upgrade


4. Internal resource person for basic ICT training


5. Manage the IT Infrastructure of the location.


6. Providing first level IT helpdesk service and technical support to staff.


7. Update computer software as well as upgrading application software and systems and handle all software related issues


8. Installing and configuring computer systems, software, networks, printers, and scanners.

Required Skills

1. Relevant degree certificate from a reputable tertiary institution.


2. A minimum of 2 years relevant experience.


3. Having a working knowledge of common information technologies and system.


4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 application


5. In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks


6. Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.


7. Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.


8. Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security.


9. Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.


10. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
