A reputable indigenous manufacturing company with over 25 years of contributions to the nation’s medical sector seeks to recruit personable and solution focused Customer Service Attendants to provide exceptional support to the organization’s internal customers.

Job Summary:

As the a Customer Service Attendant you will be required to keep data , take inventory of the cylinder stock and plan and process cylinder for filling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily entry of sales transactions.


• Inventory Management and Control - Daily Stock taking, Platform Management etc


• Daily Planning and Processing of Cylinders for Refilling.


• Maintain and update Cylinder Bin Card for ALL ASNL Cylinders.


• Implement approved truck routing plans and ensure prompt departure of delivery trucks.


• Manage and document inter-branch.


• Manage and process Cylinders for refurbishment and repairs. 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 credits (Maths & English Inclusive) at a single WASC seating. 


• Skilled in computer use.


• Analytically minded


• Good communication skills

Age:  Not above 25 years
