An established indigenous manufacturing company with a proven track record of over 25 years of impacting the nation’s medical sector is seeking an experienced Accountant/ Admin position to join its team. 


Job Summary:


As the Accountant/ Admin you will be required to manage the financial operations of one of its branches and provide administrative support. You will ensure accuracy, efficiency and compliance in financial reporting, accounts management and office administration.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements. 

  •  Bank Reconciliation. 

  • Cash flow projections & planning.

  •  Budget Preparation, implementation and control.

  •  Treasury Management. 

  •  Divisional accounting and divisional accounts management 

  •  Preparation of schedules for Statutory Tax/Govt payments. 

  • Financial Projection, Planning and Analysis.

  • Human Resource support and Customer Service


Requirements:



  • A good degree (BSc or HND) in accounting. 

  •  ACA or ACCA

  • 5 years cognate experience.

  • Must have knowledge of inter-company, inter-branch, inter-site and related/sister company’s accounting experience

  •  Must have knowledge of management accounts preparation.

  •  Knowledge of budget preparation is desirable

  • Proficient in the use of accounting application software

  •  Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel is compulsory)

  • Possess good organizational and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Age: Not above 40 years
