• Inspire Her Afrika is looking for an energetic and organized Communications Manager to lead our communications team and drive our mission to empower African women and girls through innovative strategies and strong online presence.


• We are seeking a skilled Communications Manager to guide our communications team, manage internal and external communications, and engage with our audience.


• You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of our communications strategy and effectively representing our mission across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support: Manage daily operations and workflows within the communications team to ensure an efficient and cohesive approach.


• Internal and external communications: Oversee social media engagement, including responding to comments and direct messages (DMs), and manage newsletters and blog content.


• Social media performance: Prepare and deliver monthly reports on the performance of all social media platforms.


• Post scheduling: Ensure posts are consistently scheduled and published across all platforms to maintain an active and engaging online presence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in communications, social media management, or a similar role.


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficiency in managing social media platforms and tools for scheduling posts.


• Analytical skills for tracking social media performance and generating reports.


• Passion for women's empowerment and development is a plus!
