Key Responsibilities



  • Administrative Duties: primarily handles administrative tasks related to the mentorship program. This includes managing program logistics, scheduling meetings, and organizing events.

  • Coordination and Support: often acts as a central point of contact and support within the organization.

  • Facilitate internal communication, assist with scheduling, and ensure the smooth flow of administrative processes.

  • External Liaison: may interact with external stakeholders, external communication is limited to coordinating meetings and events and responding to inquiries.

  • Record Keeping: maintain records of program activities, attendance, and communication.

  • Ensure that program documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Event Coordination: responsible for planning and organizing mentorship-related events, workshops, and meetings.
