Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with management to develop objectives and development goals that will create accountability and drive strong business results.
- Provide expertise to management on leadership development, performance management, change management, resource planning, succession etc.
- Ensure accurate and timely supporting staff payroll processing.
- Create and implement effective onboarding and orientationplans for new employees
- Develop training and development programs
- Oversee employee relations and handle grievances amongst staffs
- Conduct performance management and appraisal processes
- Support health and safety initiatives.
Educational Qualifications and Experience
- HND / B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a manufacturing company
- 3 years of HR experience.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
- Must reside in Epe or closer to Epe, Lagos State.
