We are seeking motivated and results-driven Night Shift Telemarketers to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector. As a vital part of our sales strategy, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients, promoting our services, and generating leads during our night shift hours.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Contact potential clients via phone to introduce our real estate services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for follow-up.
Customer Engagement: Develop rapport with potential clients by effectively communicating our offerings and addressing inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
Data Entry and Management: Accurately record interactions and maintain detailed records of calls, lead status, and client information in our CRM system.
Market Research: Stay informed about current real estate trends and market conditions to provide relevant information to potential clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to sales conversion.
Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed daily and weekly call targets and performance metrics, contributing to overall team success.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Previous telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience preferred, particularly in the real estate industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and friendly phone demeanor.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
Self-motivated: Ability to work independently during night shifts and maintain a positive attitude in a remote work environment.
