Job Description
Responsibilities
- Deliver timely and accurate project-related activities to support the rehabilitation and reintegration of migrants.
- Develop and maintain labour market support services for migrants, including facilitating access to formal employment opportunities, vocational training and education.
- Administer cases of migrants in need of rehabilitation and reintegration support, ensuring that their needs are assessed and addressed appropriately.
- Establish and maintain contact with potential employers and vocational training providers, including supporting the development of a referral system for migrants seeking employment or skills training.
- Support the drafting of monthly reports as required by funding organizations, documenting progress and outcomes of reintegration efforts.
- Communicate effectively with partners to ensure the successful and timely completion of activities related to migrant rehabilitation and reintegration.
- Perform any other duties deemed appropriate to support the effective implementation of rehabilitation and reintegration initiatives.
Education and Experience (Essential)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Science, Political Science, Business Administration or Economics.
- Ability to network and correspond effectively with the Organized Private Sector to facilitate employment opportunities for migrants.
- Knowledge of vocational training opportunities available to migrants, including skills development programmes and training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with vulnerable persons.
- Knowledge of family tracing and reunification processes, including legal and ethical considerations.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized reintegration plans.
- Proficiency in documentation and case management, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
