Responsibilities



  • Design and develop programmes aimed at addressing migration challenges and promoting regular, safe, and orderly migration.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure effective implementation of programmes.

  • Develop partnerships with government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and other stakeholders to leverage resources and expertise.

  • Contribute to the development of policies and strategies related to migration, in alignment with organizational goals and priorities.

  • Monitor and evaluate programme activities.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate programme outcomes to stakeholders.

  • Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in the field of migration and development.

  • Provide technical assistance and support to partners in programme planning, implementation, and monitoring.

  • Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and workshops. 


Education anExperience (Essential)



  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Development, Public Policy, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in programme design, implementation, and evaluation, preferably in the field of migration or humanitarian assistance.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in building and maintaining partnerships.

  • Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation frameworks and methodologies. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team.

  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.

  • Adaptability and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
