Responsibilities
- Design and implement capacity building trainings for staff and stakeholders to enhance their skills and competencies.
- Develop training curricula tailored to the specific needs and requirements of the migration agency, ensuring the professionalism of officers.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for skill development and capacity building.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather input and feedback on training programmes effectiveness.
- Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and materials preparation.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars using a variety of instructional methods and techniques.
- Evaluate training outcomes and effectiveness through participant feedback and performance assessments.
- Assist in the development of training budgets and resource planning to support ongoing training initiatives.
Education and Experience (Essential)
- Previous experience in designing and delivering training programmes.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in human resource management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills in developing engaging and impactful training solutions.
