Key Responsiblities

• Conduct market research to Identify new and follow up business opportunities for the Firm.


• Collect, monitor feedback and maintain a high degree of client satisfaction


• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.


• Support in the development of strategic plans to achieve business growth


• Ensuring that the company meets revenue targets


• Providing training and mentoring to other members of the team

Requirements

• HND / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


• 2 years experience in sales,business development preferably in the HR Services Industry


• Strong Understanding of HR Services and Solutions.


• Ability to work independently and manage work tasks effectively.


• A proactive, result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.


• Demonstrate excellent speaking, writing, presentation and communication skills


• Proximity to Eneka, Port-Harcourt.
