Job Summary

• Join us as a Technical Officer and play a critical role in supporting the Technical Superintendent on all technical matters related to ship operations and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues—be the first responder when problems arise.


• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth operations and technical proficiency.


• Assist in purchasing consumables, with approval from the Technical Superintendent.


• Maintain the Work Health and Safety (WHS) and Quality Management System databases.


• Ensure vessel compliance with all technical and statutory regulations.


• Support document control and monitor vessel technical compliance.

Requirements

• Mechanical and Electrical Engineering background from a maritime university.


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.


• Technical proficiency and adaptability in ship operation.


• Experience in vessel maintenance and statutory compliance.
