PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To ensure that finished products for dispatch meet with standards set by the government and customer requirements.
THE JOB
- Ensure that the company and group products meet both the external and internal quality requirements.
- Ensure compliance and surpass customer expectations.
- Supervise laboratory assistants to follow standard operation procedures.
- Ensure laboratory sanitations are met to yield effective results.
- Responsible for stocktaking of laboratory equipment and reagents for record keeping.
- Carry out rheological analysis of flour products.
- Run daily proximate analysis of all company’s products.
- Conduct, monitor and report shelf life of company's products.
- Create and manage external and internal check sample program and laboratory checks.
- Prepare chemicals and run protein analysis.
THE PERSON MUST
- Have a strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal control procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be familiar with auditing standards and regulations
- Have understanding on risks management
QUALIFICATION
- Degree in Chemistry/Food Science and Technology.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 Years experience FMCG Industry.
