Our client in the Hospitality industry is looking to hire an Assistant Store Manager for their new restaurant in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in maintaining efficient inventory control, assisting with supplier communication, and ensuring the store operates smoothly. The role also includes staff supervision and ensuring that all goods meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with receiving and inspecting deliveries of food supplies and consumables.
- Help manage inventory, ensuring proper organization and stock rotation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area.
- Assist in restocking supplies and communicating with kitchen staff.
- Support with inventory audits and reporting.
