Key Responsibilities:



  • Perform and oversee electrical repairs and ensure all electrical systems are functioning properly.

  • Carry out general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC repairs.

  • Conduct routine inspections of building systems, focusing on electrical safety and performance.

  • Coordinate with contractors for complex electrical or structural repairs.

  • Manage facility budgets and ensure cost-effective maintenance practices.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.

  • Assist with event setup and space preparation as needed.


Qualifications and Skills:



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in facilities management or electrical maintenance.

  • Proven experience in electrical repairs and maintenance.

  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • A commitment to the values and mission of The Empowered Tribe.
