Job Summary
As our Customer Experience Specialist, you'll handle customer queries, analyze data for retention strategies, and manage multiple communication channels. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, developing data-driven strategies, and maintaining effective communication across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels including phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media direct messages, providing timely and helpful information.
- Collect and analyze customer data to identify trends, develop retention strategies, and create regular reports on key metrics.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently, maintaining detailed records of all interactions.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries across various platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and message and collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve customer experience based on data insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and CRM software.
- Proficiency in multi-channel communication platforms and social media management tools.
Salary
- Salary Range: 250,000 – 300,000
