- Farmz2u’s Operations team is seeking a Senior Operations Associate who will be an outstanding addition to our growing team.
- As a member of the team at Farmz2u, you will primarily support the Operations team which includes the team in the field.
- You will also support the Product and Engineering teams in bringing ideas to life.
- Your primary duties would include strategizing process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule, while supporting employee hiring and training, and managing quality assurance programs.
- This role is dynamic and can be fairly unstructured thus the right person for this role is a good communicator and an analytical problem solver with a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate would have a natural curiosity in problem solving and can prioritize multiple projects and requests at once.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Your key duties and responsibilities may include the below:
- Develop and execute an aggressive Customer Acquisition Strategy to meet business targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline and identify new potential business opportunities by engaging potential partners and exploring opportunities.
- Manage relationships with buyers through phone calls, emails, and visits to ensure customer retention and portfolio growth.
- Address and facilitate resolution of customer issues, ensuring a top-class customer experience.
- Follow up and ensure prompt payments for services offered to customers; ensure timely debt collection.
- Remain updated about new product features and ensure continuous buyer education about these improved product features.
- Gather market and buyer information, and provide feedback to the organisation for product development.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge, Experience And Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Management, Technology or Operations related fields
- Minimum 3–4-year experience in B2B retail sales, Operations or FMCG business development roles.
- Ability to conduct market research.
- Analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to tasks.
