Duties



  • Prepare and maintain financial records and reports for the organization

  • Perform general ledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide support for budgeting and forecasting processes

  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for cost reduction or revenue enhancement


Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

  • Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

  • Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office Suite

  • Familiarity with financial statement preparation, balance sheet reconciliation, and general ledger reconciliation

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies
