Job Objective



  • Do you have a passion for driving business growth, leading high-performing teams, and closing high-value deals? We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Head Sales – SAAS & Utilities to join our dynamic team, focused on delivering innovative SaaS solutions and utility services to businesses.

  • As the Head Sales – SAAS & Utilities, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious revenue goals in both the SaaS and Utilities verticals. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, cultivate strong client relationships, and ensure our products and services remain competitive in the market.


Responsibilities



  • Revenue & Growth: Identify new business opportunities, expand into new markets, and develop pricing strategies to optimize profitability.

  • Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a sales team to consistently exceed targets across both SaaS and Utilities sectors.

  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.

  • Market Analysis: Analyse market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product positioning.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and achieve overall business goals.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize CRM tools and sales data to monitor performance, forecast sales, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Experience and Qualification



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 7+ years in sales management, with a proven track record of success in SaaS and/or Utilities/Power companies.

  • Proven experience working in a technology and software solution company
