The Sponsorship Manager will secure sponsorships and partnerships (exhibitors and product/service providers) for the conference and ensure all sponsor/partner-related deliverables are met.
They will build and maintain relationships with sponsors and partners to ensure their satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure sponsorship and partnerships opportunities. These include financial support, exhibition and advert sales
Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors/partners.
Ensure sponsor/partners deliverables are met, including visibility, branding, and event placement.
Provide post-event reports and feedback to sponsors.
Requirements
First Degree in Marketing, Business Development, or Communications preferred.
4+ years in sponsorship or business development roles.
Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship management.
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
Good organizational and interpersonal skills
KPIs:
Sponsorship revenue target met (e.g. 500k).
100% sponsor satisfaction (survey-based).
Number of sponsorship packages sold (target based on budget).
