Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or account management is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

  • Knowledge of the HMO industry and pharmaceutical products is preferred.

  • Passion for the health-tech industry and a desire to contribute to its growth.
