Job Description
We are looking to recruit an Executive Assistant that will provide personalized secretarial and administrative support for a top-level executive. Duties will include responding to emails / phone calls, scheduling meetings, access control, preparing reports and presentations, project management, amongst other things.

- Preparing reports, memos, and other documents.
- Answering phones and taking messages.
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
- Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review.
- Helping prepare for meetings.
- Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
- Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with executive.
- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
- Making travel arrangements where needed.
- Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Would be required to conduct research and prepare reports that could contribute towards company policy.
- Responsible for management of assigned projects.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and other staff where needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree Secretarial Administration, English, Mass Communication or any other related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years proven work experience as an Executive Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Up-to-date with latest work tools and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent research and reporting skills
- Excellent project management skills
