Job Overview:



  • The Head of Factory and Central Kitchen will oversee the establishment and growth of our factory and central kitchen management. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in the FMCG industry, particularly in managing large-scale operations in multiple location. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless integration of our brand standards and operational procedures, driving profitability, accountability and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's objectives and growth plans in Lagos and Ogun state.

  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of factory and central kitchen operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, quality control, and customer service.

  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures to achieve profitability targets.

  • Brand Integration: Ensure that all outlets adhere to the organization brand standards and deliver a consistent customer experience.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and health and safety standards.

  • Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for new market share for factory products and manage the roll-out of new products.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and the global management team, to drive operational success.


Requirements and Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, hospitality, or related field; master's degree will be an added advantage.

  • 4or 5-years’ experience

  • Proven experience in operations management, with a track record of success in leading operational functions in a complex organization.

  • Leadership and Communication skills

  • Accounting and Analytical skills

  • Ability to think out of the box
