The prospective candidate needs to handle Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) sales, must have good understanding in air conditioning products and system, knowledge about the air conditioning market, brands operating in this country/region etc. Design support to consultants, providing trainings, plan & spec, sales & marketing, target setting & forecasting for existing and new territories for Carrier and Toshiba complete range of products.
Responsibilities:
Providing back-office support (Technical Selection /Quotation) to the sales team
Review of Tender Document/BOQ schedule/Specifications
Estimate heat load calculations by HAP
Provide technical selections of Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Rooftop Units by using Carrier selection software tools
Preparing Technical Compliance
Client & Factory Co-ordination, if needed
Read and review of Ducting and Piping layouts from Auto CAD drawings
Preparing Bill of Quantity for design and build job & estimation for the equipment selected
Knowledge of commonly used systems, solutions, practices, and procedures within the HVAC field
Managing enquiries and offering technical support for the Sales Managers
Any other official tasks that may be requested by line manager from time to time, as needed
