Job Summary

• The Real Estate Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the real estate company.


• This includes managing property acquisition, leasing, sales, and marketing strategies, as well as supervising staff and ensuring compliance with regulations.


• The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the real estate company


• Develop and implement marketing strategies for properties


• Manage property acquisitions and sales processes


• Build relationships with clients, investors, and real estate partners


• Supervise and train staff, including agents and administrative personnel


• Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and pricing


• Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations


• Prepare and manage budgets for properties and departments


• Analyze financial data to maximize profitability


• Conduct property inspections and manage maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.


• Proven experience in real estate management or a similar role.


• Strong understanding of real estate principles, laws, and practices.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
